Questions we’re often asked
Are there set-up fees?
No. There are no set-up fees on our hosting plans, and we’ll move your existing site over as part of getting started.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew each year unless you tell us otherwise.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us within minutes and we start investigating straight away during support hours. On Performance plans, alerts go to a person at any time.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up a plan whenever you like. We’ll make the change with no downtime, and you only pay the difference from that point.
Do security patches cost extra?
No. Keeping WordPress, PHP and the server patched is part of every plan. You shouldn’t have to pay more every time a vulnerability makes the news.
