Questions we’re often asked
Why do your prices say “from”?
Because every business is a little different. The starting price covers everything listed. If you need more pages or extra features, we’ll include them in your fixed quote before you commit.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Your hosting plan, from £29 + VAT a month, plus your domain renewal. Some sites also use premium plugins with annual licences, and we’ll tell you about those up front.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Most projects are paid 50% to book and 50% at launch, and larger projects can be split into milestones.
What’s not included?
Stock photography licences, premium plugin licences and third-party fees such as payment gateways. We’ll always flag these before you agree a quote.
Do I own the website when it’s finished?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, the design, content and code are yours. No lock-in, and no fees if you ever move to another provider.
